Welcome to our first Liv Cycling USA event in our Liv Signature Series that we will have through the year at CentriPEDAL Bikes!
The Winter Warm Up embraces the changing of the season with a focus on darker days and the time for internal contemplation an nurturing. Find yourself off the bike and in the gym or at the yoga studio, strengthening to prepare yourself for a new season of riding ahead. It's a time for taking a hands on approach to tuning up your bike, setting goals and planning cycling adventures for the year. Enjoying warm beverages and comfort food after a brisk spin on the road or trail, let's nourish our bodies and stay warm throughout the winter months. Above all, the Winter Warm Up is an opportunity to experience new adventure, meet fellow riders and celebrate the joy of cycling!

What is a Trainer-Spin Class?
Trainer rides help you stay in riding-shape during the wintertime, when time is short or a just great workout anytime.
A trainer makes almost any bicycle stationary, so you can ride for miles in the comfort of your own home or in a classroom setting. In this class, we will have a 30-minute intro/setup time followed by a 1-hour trainer workout!
What do I need to Bring?
A bicycle, a trainer, water bottle and a small towel. It is recommended to wear any type of wicking exercise clothing and padded bicycle shorts but it's not necessary.
What if I don't have a Trainer and/or Bicycle?
If you don't have a trainer or a bicycle, we will possibly have a few extra to those women who express interest. If you don't know if your bicycle is appropriate for this trainer class then please message Melissa Avery (email@example.com).
